The NMEDA Bylaws are important in laying the groundwork for our association. They help the association govern day-to-day functions such as committees and board structure, as well as deal with other more infrequent, but just as important, situations. For all members, bylaws provide a roadmap for getting involved in key decision making, which is particularly important for the continued growth of the association.
